Shipping policy

All orders are usually processed within 1-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and depending on delivery area) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another email notification when your order has shipped, along with a tracking number. Customized orders and high-volume orders may take longer. In a case of high-volume or custom orders, inquire with your Kanguru Sales Representative for a more accurate shipping date. Customized or high-volume orders may be split into several shipments over a few days. We appreciate your patience while we work to prepare your order.  Other potential delays outside of our control such as supply chain issues or pandemic disruptions could add to delays. A Kanguru Sales Representative will inform you of any expected significant disruptions if a delay is expected.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer Free Economy Shipping for Orders of $500 and up. Free Economy Shipping is FedEx Ground service or FedEx Express at Kanguru's discretion, and is limited to shipments within the 48 continental United States.

All shipping rates are calculated from the Kanguru headquarters warehouse located at 1360 Main Street, Millis, Massachusetts, United States.

Orders shipping within the United States typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days with Ground shipping.

If you do not receive your shipment within 10 business days of your shipment confirmation email, and have not heard from us regarding a change in your scheduled delivery, please contact sales@kanguru.com with your order number for assistance.

 

International Shipping

Kanguru.com only offers shipping within the United States. Though Kanguru does not offer International Shipping for orders through kanguru.com, international orders can be placed through any of our authorized International partners. Please visit one of our Kanguru resellers or distributors closest to you from our Where To Buy page.

You can also reach out to our Kanguru sales team directly at  sales@kanguru.com or call us at 1-508-376-4245 for direct orders during normal business hours.  Note: If you choose to order through Kanguru directly from outside of the United States, Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Kanguru is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

 

Local delivery

Kanguru does not offer local delivery.

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped out from our Millis, MA warehouse location, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at sales@kanguru.com as soon as possible with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

Shipping to P.O. boxes

Kanguru does not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid physical address location to receive your shipment, otherwise, your order may be cancelled.

Damaged Shipment

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@kanguru.com or call us at 1-508-376-4245 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
